Inka

Inka is an instant hot drink made with a mixture of roasted rye, chicory, cereals, and sugar beets. It was developed in Poland in the late 1960’s and produced in Skawina, a center of coffee production since the early 20th century.

In the beginning, Inka was intended as a coffee substitute in times when coffee was scarce, but to this day it remains a popular choice of caffeine-free drinks for those who enjoy the flavor of coffee yet want to stay away from caffeine.
