"The very first time I had my Ichiran Ramen, it was a really great good bowl. Indeed one of the best. First sip of the creamy goodness, peppered with a touch of spice, and I told myself “I can have this tomorrow again.”"
"Ichiran Ramen. It is the name you have seen floating all around the internet, and for very good reasons. Their ramen always leaves customers from all over the world very satisfied—rich flavourful broth, well-cooked noodles, fragrant chili oil... you can customize your own bowl of Ichiran Ramen! If you ever find yourself craving for a bowl of hot ramen, head down to the outlet at Shinjuku East that is open 24 hours!"
"I ordered the marinated soft boil egg, and this comes with the shell and a packet of salt. You will have to peel your own egg, but it’s worth it! The broth is rich and flavourful, and the noodles are thin and firm, just the way I like it. The selling point here is the spicy sauce, which is not numbing spicy, but extremely flavourful instead. Even if you don’t like spicy, like S, he still really enjoyed the broth on its own.
"Now if it’s about taste, I believe Ichiran ramen is up there with the best. Their Hakata style, zesty tonokotsu broth is not too creamy or thick. It’s is topped off with a dash of their signature spicy red sauce. Ichiran serves up amazing bowls of tonkotsu ramen. There’s a reason why they’re so popular and have seen so much success. Ichiran has 70 shops in Japan and 4 overseas. All in all, Ichiran is fantastic."
"The Best Ramen In The World? Japan's Ichiran Ramen. Starting with a solid base of broth and noodles, being able to fine tune it how you want it elevates Ichiran, in my opinion, to something legendary."
"Ichiran food was delicious, it is such a surreal and oh-so-very Japanese experience that I would recommend going 100%! You will definitely feel lost in translation there."
"The best out of the three we’ve had is Kyushu ramen at a chain called Ichiran. The Ichiran ramen is so good that the entire restaurant sells only ONE type of ramen. The soup is tonkotsu (pork broth based). The process of ordering is an experience in itself! If you’re in Tokyo, you must try Ichiran ramen! The ramen was so delicious."
"Next up for our food and drinks in Shinjuku, this one is very yummy! Ichiran Ramen is my all-time-favourite ramen in this whole-wide-world haha! There are so many branches scattered around Japan but the one is Shinjuku is only minutes walked from the station. I think by putting us in our own little space heighten our tastebud and we can really enjoy the delicious taste of Ichiran Ramen."
"I was never a fan of ramen. I never get to finish a bowl except for this one time in 2013. But Ichiran… I’m almost in tears typing this I swear haha… Ichiran is so exceptionally good that finishing an entire bowl to myself is no problem. I don’t even have words to describe it aside from it’s sooo good."
"The little fun fact here is that it’s open a whooping 24 hours per day. Ichiran’s hours of operation in Tokyo’s Shinjuku neighborhood never end! What this means is that you can have the most delicious Ramen fix at any time of the night or day. This is especially great if you’ve arrived from a different time zone and are experiencing jet lag."
