In the heart of the beautiful Ardèche region, on the slopes of the Monts d'Ardèche natural park, lies Salaisons Guèze, a family-run butchery with a rich tradition and deep respect for the craft. Their story began three generations ago when Julien, the grandfather of the current owners, started his butchery career by participating in traditional rural pig slaughters, known as TUA.
