In the heart of the beautiful Ardèche region, on the slopes of the Monts d'Ardèche natural park, lies Salaisons Guèze, a family-run butchery with a rich tradition and deep respect for the craft. Their story began three generations ago when Julien, the grandfather of the current owners, started his butchery career by participating in traditional rural pig slaughters, known as TUA.


Over the years, the Guèze family has continued to refine their expertise, combining authentic methods with a modern approach, making them a symbol of premium cured meat products in the region. Each product is crafted with special care and dedication, using only the highest quality ingredients, ensuring an authentic taste and a top-tier gastronomic experience.
