Green Vesper

Green Vesper is a cocktail made with a combination of gin, vodka, absinthe, and lemon or lime peel. It is essentially a variation of the popular Vesper, but Kina Lillet is replaced with absinthe. In order to prepare this strong drink, all ingredients should be mixed with crushed ice, then strained into a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a large lemon twist.


In some cases, quinine powder is also added to the combination.
