Gata-Hurdes

Gata-Hurdes is an extra-virgin olive oil of the Manzanilla Cacereña variety manufactured in the northern part of the province of Cáceres, in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. This olive oil has a fruity flavor and aroma without any bitter aftertaste.

This pungent and fragrant oil is gold-yellow in color because it is made using unripe olives that haven't developed their color yet. Every step of the production of Gata-Hurdes, including packaging and labeling, must take place in the area of Extremadura to ensure superior quality and traceability of this exceptional oil.
