Four Corners

Four Corners is an American Caerphilly-style cheese hailing from Vermont, where it's produced by Cobb Hill Farm. The cheese is made from raw Jersey cow's milk and it's usually left to age from 2.5 to 4 months before consumption. Underneath its natural rind, the texture is hard, slightly crumbly, and firm.

The aromas are buttery, while the flavors are buttery and tangy. It's recommended to use Four Corners with pasta dishes, fruit, pizzas, or sandwiches.
