"Tonight I was having haddock. It was served skinless, which seems rare, although I’ve heard most fish tends to be served this way up north. The haddock was massive. I was enjoying it so much I almost forgot to eat my mushy peas. Apparently, there’s a secret ingredient in the peas that make them special. Lemon? Who knows. They were delicious though. They offer scraps here and who can resist scraps? The chips were nice and thick and covered in those scraps were super delicious."
