Farfalloni

Farfalloni is a larger variety of the famous farfalle bow-tie pasta. The name of the pasta can be translated as big butterflies, referring to the shape of farfalloni, which also have soft ridges on their surface so that various pasta sauces may cling to it more easily.

It is recommended to pair farfalloni with tomato or cream based sauces such as vodka sauce and salmon and cream sauce. Additionally, this pasta variety is also quite good for numerous pasta salad creations.
