Although this wine-growing region includes several subregions, only dry white wines carry the official label Entre-Deux-Mers AOC. These crisp and refreshing wines are produced from Muscadelle, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sémillon grapes.
They tend to be lively and aromatic with typical aromas of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruit. Because of their character, they are best paired with seafood, including fish, oysters, and crustaceans, but they can also match asparagus or salads.
