Entraña | Traditional Beef Cut From Argentina | TasteAtlas

Entraña

(Skirt steak)

Entraña is an Argentinian beef cut that comes from the diaphragm muscle of beef cattle. It’s a cut that offers lots of flavor, but if not prepared properly, it might easily end up tough and chewy. Also, it is covered with a thin membrane that is usually not removed.

Entraña is the least expensive cut used for making asado.
