"Whereas the bison tasted like very porky pork, elk tasted like a very beefy beef with a grassy aftertaste. It was a thick patty and relatively juicy considering how dry game meat can be. For sides, we opted for sweet potato fries and the soup of the day (roasted tomato and garlic). The burger was a great value."
