Dilly Girl

Dilly Girl is an American Cheddar-style cheese hailing from New York, where it's produced by Muranda Cheese Company. The cheese is made from raw cow's milk and it's infused with fresh dilll and roasted garlic, hence the name. Underneath its natural rind, the texture is crumbly and creamy.

The aromas are sweet and mild, while the flavors are sharp, herbaceous, rich, and garlicky. It's recommended to pair the cheese with a glass of full-bodied red wine. Dilly Girl also goes great with fish.
