Derby

Derby is a classic English cocktail made with a combination of gin, peach bitters, and fresh mint. In order to prepare it, the ingredients should be stirred with ice, then strained into a chilled cocktail glass garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Besides this combination, in the United States of America, Derby is completely different, prepared with bourbon, lime juice, and sweet vermouth, and it is said that there is at least one more cocktail which bears the name Derby and is also made with completely different ingredients.
