Daluman

Daluman is a traditional beverage that is particularly popular on the island of Bali, made from the leaves of the cincau plant (lat. Cyclea barbata), which are used to create a natural green jelly. This jelly is then cut into small cubes and served in a glass with palm sugar syrup and coconut milk, creating a refreshing and sweet drink.
