Creole Baked Chicken

Creole baked chicken is a traditional dish originating from Louisiana. It's made with a combination of chicken breasts, drumsticks, or both. The meat is seasoned with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. After they've been marinated, the chicken pieces are mixed with butter and baked in the oven.


After some time, the meat is broiled until the meat becomes nice and crispy. The dish is usually served accompanied by rice and okra.
