Cotton & Reed Mellow Gold is a gold rum produced by Cotton & Reed Distillery in Washington, D. C. This rum is crafted by aging their white rum base in used bourbon barrels for several months, which imparts notes of spice, vanilla, and honey. A small amount of sweet woodruff herb is then infused to add a unique floral character.
Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) without added color, Mellow Gold offers a balanced profile suitable for sipping neat or in cocktails.
