"There are many places where you can eat this local dish, which is nothing more than a young goat cooked on the coals, but the one we chose was recommended by several residents which we asked and they told us about this small restaurant called the Pipiripau, located about 10 blocks northwest of the Macroplaza, in the Mercado Juarez. Our personal recommendation would be for you to try the part called "paleta," rich and with consistency."
