Byrek me qumesht

Byrek me qumesht is a traditional pie that translates to "milk pie." It consists of layers of phyllo dough and a filling of a mixture of milk, eggs, and butter. Sometimes, depending on the recipe, cheese, such as fresh soft cheese or cottage cheese, can be included.
