Bobby Burns

Bobby Burns is a cocktail made with scotch, sweet vermouth, and Bénédictine liqueur. In order to prepare it, all ingredients should be stirred in a glass with ice, then strained into a cocktail glass. The cocktail is garnished with a lemon twist, which should be twisted over the glass to release its oils, then dropped into the drink.

This cocktail is named after Robert Burns, a famous Scottish poet. It is typically prepared and drunk on 25th January, also known as Burns Night.
