Domaine Franco-Chinois Réserve is a distinguished red wine produced in Huailai, Hebei Province, China. This wine is crafted from French-origin grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. The grapes undergo meticulous vinification, featuring cold maceration for 4-5 days, followed by 15-20 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, where the wine is aged for 16-18 months, enhancing its complexity and depth.

TasteAtlas food rankings are based on the ratings of the TasteAtlas audience, with a series of mechanisms that recognize real users and that ignore bot, nationalist or local patriotic ratings, and give additional value to the ratings of users that the system recognizes as knowledgeable. TasteAtlas Rankings should not be seen as the final global conclusion about food. Their purpose is to promote excellent local foods, instill pride in traditional dishes, and arouse curiosity about dishes you haven’t tried.
