Benville Organic Soft Cheese is a triple-cream cheese made from the milk of our organically pasture-fed cows. This cheese is handcrafted in small batches on the farm, using fresh milk from the same day to ensure optimal freshness. In its younger stages of maturation, the cheese has a slightly crumbly center surrounded by a pale yellow paste with a soft, white rind.


As it matures, the rind becomes firmer and develops an appealing golden-brown hue, while the interior melts in the mouth, coating the palate with a velvety, silky layer of cream. The flavors of the pasture gradually give way to deeper, earthy notes of mushrooms.
