It is the combination of Assyrtikos and Semillon, varieties planted in the hottest and most barren part of the Estate's vineyard, on the slopes of Mount Pangai. After a short pre-fermentation extraction of the grapes, it is fermented in French oak barrels where it remains for a few months with the lees, gaining complexity and structure.

Natural sweet wine produced from the Semillon variety with the participation of the Gewurztraminer variety. It comes exclusively from late harvest grapes harvested in October and a percentage of them show noble rot. It ferments in oak barrels and remains with the lees for at least 1 year.
