This is the first beer produced by the brewery, the recipe that made us sweat the most, the one we spent the most time on. A nice hungry yeast makes this beer dry, with peppery and spicy aromas and flavors. Slightly bitter on the finish.

Sour ale derived from a Staion base, aged in ex-wine barriques for more than 13 months, with the addition of fresh elderflowers collected in the Primiero Valley. On the nose, the scent of elderflowers remains strong together with a light vegetal note derived from the green part of the flower itself, very well balanced, unlike all other fruit beers, from the base, which in this case is sensorially very similar to a Gueuze.

Great acidic and brettato notes (stable sweat and oxidized hops), balance the very present aroma of the flowers.

Ardiva takes its name from the second cut of hay, precisely “ardiva”, the most prized and fragrant. The choice of spices fell on a selection of dried herbs from high mountain fields including: Asperula, Galium Verum, Galium Italicum and savory. On the nose it presents itself with an aromatic explosion mixed between the intense notes of hay and the note of contamination given by lactic bacteria and a light brettanomyces.

In the mouth the aromas of the herbs are found with a fairly present acidity. The finish is pleasantly dry and persistent.

Sour with a cloudy straw yellow color made with a large quantity of pitted apricots and matured in oak barrels for 12 months. On the nose and palate it is intense and pungent in its scents, with evident fruity notes, well balanced by the "brettato" character of the beer, typical of this style.

Dry and acidic on the palate.
