Beer and wine meet in this Italian Grape Ale with a distinctly territorial flavor. Made with the must of an ancient Umbrian white grape, capable of triggering the fermentation of beer spontaneously, without the addition of yeast, it has elegant, floral and citrus aromas, combined with a fresh and fragrant taste.
It ferments in cement barrels and then in the bottle.

ILA is a Scotch Ale born from the collaboration with Samaroli, one of the most important selectors of spirits in the world. The refinement in barrels used in the production of whisky, coming from some of the best distilleries in Scotland, makes this beer incredibly complex.
The aromas range from caramel to dried fruit and are crossed by refined iodine, marine, slightly peaty hints. The taste is enveloping and deep, warm and decisive, of endless persistence.
