"When I traveled to Stockholm for work most often I would go to a restaurant called Tranan on Odenplan. It opened its doors in 1929 and it serves deliciously Swedish food. One of my favourite dishes to get was always a Wallenbergare, made with minced veal, cream and egg yolks. It is served with potato puree, no doubt made delicious with copious amounts of butter with the soft potatoes and cream based gravy.
