"I am a creme brulee aficionado. I have tried well over thirty, and this comes in at number one. The caramelized sugar layer was paper thin and, when cracked into with my spoon, it gave way to the most velvety smooth vanilla bean custard I have come across. Also, as anyone who loves this dessert can agree with, the lack of any liquid in the bottom is a sign of a great creme brulee. No typo here, this deserves 6 crowns out of a possible 5."
