"The very long noodles have a nice "bite" with a subtle hint of sweetness. The beef broth was very tasty and had just the right amount of saltiness. I also loved that it wasn't too oily unlike other beef noodle soups that I've tried. The beef slices though very flavorful and mostly tender had some parts that were a bit chewy. The green onions added texture and enhanced the flavor of the tasty soup."
