"An exquisite tea-smoked duck, meant for stuffing into sandwiches, is presented hanging from hooks like some sort of avant-garde art piece. It would be gimmicky if it weren’t so good."

The best dish we tried was the tea leaves-smoked duck with butterfly-shaped buns. Seasoned before being smoked with camphor tree leaves and tea leaves, the duck had a unique fragrance and freshness. The skin was crisp and the tender, well-flavoured meat went well with the warm buns."

"The meat was velvety, and while most ducks I eat tend to be fat-laden, this one was not fatty at all! The duck had an alluring smokey and soy sauce taste, and there was just so much depth and finesse in its taste!"
