Wine Festival of Cyprus, an event celebrating the winemaking tradition of Cyprus, starts in late August and attracts thousands of visitors to a beautiful port city, Limassol. Four wine cooperatives, ETKO, KEO, SODAP and LOEL team up with small independent wineries to offer free wine tastings at the municipal gardens near the sea.

During this ten-day festival, visitors are invited to attend numerous cultural performances, traditional Cypriot dances and fireworks.
