Westward Whiskey's Vintage Muscat Cask is a distinguished American Single Malt, meticulously finished in casks that previously held Stanton & Killeen's Classic Rutherglen Muscat, a renowned Australian fortified wine. This whiskey offers aromas of fresh apricot, lychee, butterscotch, and cocoa, with flavors of tropical fruits, sticky toffee, raisin, dried fig, and Swiss milk chocolate.
The finish is balanced, featuring notes of soft citrus, mocha, candied nuts, and sweet vanilla oak. Bottled at 52.5% ABV, this expression showcases Westward's commitment to innovation and collaboration, delivering a whiskey that harmoniously blends American craftsmanship with Australian wine heritage.
