Weingut Vollenweider is a winery located in Traben-Trarbach, in Germany's Mosel region. It was founded in 2000 by Daniel Vollenweider from Graubünden, Switzerland, with just over one hectare of vineyards in the Wolfer Goldgrube area. Starting in 2020, Daniel managed the winery together with Moritz Hoffmann, and after Daniel's untimely passing in 2022, Moritz took over its leadership.

In wine production, Weingut Vollenweider relies on spontaneous fermentation with minimal intervention, avoiding the use of fining agents, which makes their wines suitable for vegans. Starting with the 2023 vintage, the winery has been certified for organic production.
