Weingut Dr. Bürklin-Wolf, located in Wachenheim an der Weinstraße, is one of Germany's most esteemed family-owned wineries, with a history dating back to 1597. The estate spans approximately 85 hectares, making it one of the largest privately owned wine estates in Germany.

Under the leadership of Bettina Bürklin-von Guradze, the winery has been managed biodynamically since 2005, emphasizing sustainable viticulture and producing top-quality Rieslings that reflect their unique terroirs. The vineyards are located in some of the most valuable sites in the Pfalz region, including Forst, Wachenheim, Deidesheim, and Ruppertsberg.

The estate focuses on producing dry Rieslings, classifying their vineyards similarly to the Burgundian system, with Grand Cru (G. C.) and Premier Cru (P. C.) designations, highlighting the significance of terroir in their wines.
