"The creamy soup, with redfish, halibut, cod and turbot base, was brilliant - plenty of salmon, halibut and mussels as well as a fresh and good acid/sweetness balance. This is the kind of lunch dish you miss."
"It's not the tastiest dish in the world, but well, it's a must try when you're in Oslo. And Vulkanfisk manages to make it edible, and even interesting. Don't get me wrong, it's not an awful dish, it's even healthy (I guess), but the cod itself has almost no taste at all. It's like bland cod jelly. Sauces and pancakes around it in Vulkanfisk are interesting and tasty though. So if you're going for Lutefisk, and you should when in Norway, go to Vulkanfisk."
