"The restaurant Vrelo Borak has, in my opinion, the tastiest Lučnica ( Lučenica ) you can find in West Herzegovina. The so called sauce has to have plenty of caramelised butter, it has to be seasoned nicely, otherwise the sauce could be bland. The one they make in Borak is just on point. With just slight garlic taste, lots and lots of butter and also yoghurt. Delicious! The polenta or the "Pura" is always fresh and hot. One of the hardest dishes to make just right."
