"Excellent brisket. Beautiful black bark with subtle rub. FULL smoke flavor. Big meaty pork rib with beautiful black crust and rosy ring.After sampling so many, this sausage is definitely above average. Traditional strong spiced course ground pork/beef link. Great strong peppery after taste. Honey sweet, mild tangyness sauce. Good flavor, but what makes this sauce great is how it makes great BBQ taste even better."

"The sausage was a hot link style, which had a nice peppery heat to it without being overwhelming.The ribs were well cooked and infused with smoke. The brisket slices were meaty, with a perfect pink smoke ring and charred black crust and it was so well cooked that the fat peeled easily away leaving tender bites of moist, smoky beef."
