Trdlofest is an annual food festival dedicated to famous Slovak specialty made from rolled dough that is wrapped around a stick, then grilled and topped with sugar and walnut mix.
The event takes place every year in May in Skalica, Slovakia.
Trdlofest is known as a daylong festival of music, tradition, wine, good moods, and above all else, Skalický trdelník that was granted an EU trademark as the first Slovak food product.
