Tomintoul Seiridh is a rich and full-flavored single malt, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso Sherry butts. It delivers inviting aromas of sultanas and butterscotch, with a palate of dried figs and Christmas cake. The finish is warm and nutty, with lingering notes of chocolate-covered raisins and a touch of liquorice.
