"Right by the airport in an unassuming stretch of Lihue, this was our favorite poke of the trip! They didn’t have gluten-free soy sauce, but many of the fish options were gluten-free and they were so flavorful, you didn’t need much else. Like at other fish markets, you simply choose how many types of fish you’d like (a scoop each) and then help yourself to veggie toppings at an adjacent bar. I liked adding guac, pickled ginger, kimchi, and cucumbers."
