A delicious tamalito! Tamal Tabien is a restaurant specialized in the artisan elaboration of tamales and humitas of Peru. I tried the “Tamal Criollo” with chicken and the “Tamal Arequipeño” my conclusion is that you can taste the quality of the ingredients when savoring them so I highly recommend them.
