"You have "tamales" and "humita en chala", in both options its delicious. The first one is exactly as in the description. The second one its filled with a base of corn, mixed with onions and paprika. Depends on the recipe it could be more sweet or sweet-sour. You can find these two dishes also in Tucuman and Jujuy Provinces."
