"Muy sabroso y en especial con una cucharada de Tejföl"
"According to legend, the recipe of the dish is named after József Székely, a county archivist (1825–1895), who was a contemporary and friend of Sándor Petőfi, the poet. In 1846, they both had lunch in the Komló Garden restaurant on Gránátos Street in Pest, but by the time they arrived, the food was running out. At Székely's request of the innkeeper served the remaining sauerkraut, vegetables and pork stew mixed together. Petőfi allegedly next ordered the same thing and referred to the food as “Székely-káposzta”. This dish originates from Pest and not from Szeged. It is served with sour cream on top and bread on the side. Never with pasta."
