Storm Wines

Storm Wines is a boutique winery located in the Hemel-en-Aarde region near Hermanus, South Africa. Established by winemaker Hannes Storm, the winery focuses on producing site-specific Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines that reflect the unique terroirs of the area.

Hannes Storm, after spending 12 vintages working with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, identified two exceptional parcels of land planted in 2008. These vineyards became the foundation for Storm Wines, with the maiden vintage released in 2012.

The winery emphasizes minimal intervention in both viticulture and winemaking, aiming to capture the purest expression of each vineyard site. This approach results in wines with distinctive personality and character, showcasing the elegance and complexity of the Hemel-en-Aarde terroirs.
