Steam Whistle Brewing is an independent Canadian brewery founded in 2000 in Toronto, with a clear philosophy: to do one thing really, really well. That’s why they focus on brewing just one beer – their signature Premium Pilsner, crafted from only four all-natural ingredients: spring water, malted barley, hops, and brewer’s yeast.

Housed in the historic John Street Roundhouse – a former steam locomotive repair facility built in 1929 – the brewery combines rich industrial heritage with a modern approach to brewing. Today, it's not just home to great beer but also a popular tourist destination, event venue, and community gathering space.

Steam Whistle is committed to sustainability, quality, and community. Their beer is never pasteurized and is free of chemical additives, preserving its natural freshness and flavor.
