"Soto lamongan has clear yellow broth , chicken slices & koya in it 👍👍 No milk/ coconut milk inside . Maybe there is , but insignificant amount . Koya usually consists of ground fried crackers . Some super chefs add ground fried garlics into the koya & make Superb Soto🏆👍👍"
