Simply ther best dogfish broth in Alentejo. Perfectly cooked and made just in time for each and every client. A superb combination of sweetness and flavour, perfectly balanced, seasoned with freshly chopped corianders. Photos just don't justice to this monument of culinary delight. You really have to taste it!
