½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
Set the grill to preheat to medium heat.
Dice the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes, then place them in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Toss to coat.
Thread the meat onto five skewers.
Grill for eight minutes, turning every two minutes to grill evenly.
Serve şiş tavuk warm with hummus and pita bread.
