Sir Edmond Gin is a Dutch premium gin renowned for its unique flavor, achieved through an infusion of bourbon vanilla. This vanilla originates from Réunion Island, known as the world’s vanilla capital. In addition to vanilla, the gin features carefully selected botanical ingredients such as juniper from Macedonia, angelica root from Greenland, cardamom from Guatemala, ginger from Nigeria, and cinnamon from China.

The production process is meticulous and spans eight weeks. All botanicals, except vanilla, are distilled in copper stills. The vanilla is cold-infused in alcohol for six weeks to preserve its delicate flavors. Afterward, the liquids are blended and left to rest for another week to achieve a harmonious balance of flavors.
