8

Osteria La Vache Folle

AostaItaly
Piazza Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto
"The best restaurant in Aosta according to many sources is this inn where you can enjoy real Aosta Valley cuisine. On the walls of this typical restaurant hang various tools that recall the rural tradition. The menu is created from high quality local products. Home-made desserts such as semifreddo al tabacco complete the excellent meal."
9

PerBacco

BariItaly
Via Abbrescia 99
Recommended by This Way To Italy
"Fig semifreddo is to die for!"
10
Recommended by Alessio Rozzi
"There is also a selection of semifreddi, that I don't go crazy about, but I was advised to try the "millefoglie" flavor: a sort of whipped cream with flakes of frozen puff pastry. Zzi has taught me that it combines divinely with the coffee gelato, which here is intense and not very sweet."
