"Their most famous pizza is called a Combination, with green peppers, pepperoni, and mushrooms. The sauce is a brown sauce, made right in the restaurant. The cheese topping is 3 different mozzarella cheeses. There are several different restaurants throughout Pictou Country who serve the famous pizza, all originating from the two brothers, Jim and George Kouyas who arrived in Nova Scotia back in the Sixties.
