"I loved everyting about this salad except for the anchovies"

"Salad very widely available in restaurants around Nice, France and much of the South of the country in general. Generally made with really fresh ingredients. Normally served with tuna and also anchovies although tuna is not really traditional. Note also the "pan bagnat" which is a very similar salad served in a large round bun."
